How Ad Ninja came to be
Tim and Max met during their studies in Nuremberg — one a business economist, the other a business informatics specialist. Both saw the same problem: small businesses pay for online marketing without knowing whether it actually works.
In 2023, they founded Uhrmann & Kadach GbR with a clear goal: marketing measured by numbers, not promises. Since then, they've served businesses in the Nuremberg region and beyond — from their first Google Ads campaign to long-term SEO strategy.
The approach is intentionally holistic: tracking, campaign management, web development, and reporting all come from a single source. No back-and-forth between agencies, no information loss.
